What can I expect from a remote healing session?

Remote healing sessions are focused on balancing your body chemistry, clearing toxins, transforming subconscious beliefs and perception, releasing trapped emotions, traumas and other imprints from your body. These sessions help you align your energy with your Spirit for experiencing well being and transformation. The Sacred Space of Unconditional Love created within every session is meant to support you in your healing journey.


From the moment you schedule your first appointment you may start feeling changing in your energy, in your physical and emotional state and the energy will continue to change during the session and many days after. Your experience depends on how clear is your intention, on your faith and willingness to surrender with gratitude, on how open and ready you are to receive the energy. 

You may experience relief and rejuvenation on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. You may also feel worse before you feel better. 

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your life situation and conditions, on your commitment, and trust in the process. Healing is personal and unfolds at its own pace. Some people notice improvements immediately, while others may need multiple sessions for deeper healing.

What is a healing reaction?

Healing reactions are temporary symptoms that show your body is detoxing and rebalancing. These may include:


  • Tiredness, dizziness, or brain fog
  • Flu-like symptoms or headaches
  • Increased bowel movement
  • Emotional discomfort, vivid dreams
  • Increased need for sleep or hunger
  • Temporary discomfort in areas of stagnation
  • More pain in your challenged areas and even old symptoms may suffice in order to live your body
  • Increase in symptoms


These reactions indicate healing is happening on many levels.

How should I support my healing process?
  • Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water to help flush toxins
  • Avoid intense activities for 2 or 3 days after every session Give your body time to rest and adapt
  • Eat high-quality foods. Provide fuel for your body’s healing
  • Practice light movements. Walking in nature, Qigong, Stretching, light body awake yoga, or energy exercises can support the process
  • Be patient and trust. Healing requires openness, gratitude, and dedication
What should I avoid after a session?

Avoid any other energy work, intense physical activity and emotional stress for at least 3 days. Let your body adapt to its new energy and embody it. Avoid alcohol, drugs, foods that acidify your body. When we eat acidifying foods our system continues to get more and more acidic. Under these conditions, cells that are designed to float in an alkaline environment begin to break down and and this is not allowing healing to happen the way it has too.

Please contact me,  and tell me what your situation is and witch your goals are. I will give you my opinion on what we should do together and my availability. I will send you a link for payment through PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a Zoom link for our agreed session time.
